I almost couldn't watch the show after they didn't let him get a ticket. Was it because he didn't have a sob story to tell? The problem with these judges is that they always get those unpolished young singers (especially in this episode) that they think they can mold and keep snubbing actual talent.

If she gets to the finale, they need to get Carole King to sing this with her.

i understand how she feels... it has been my dream for so long to audition for american idol. my parents never believed in me. i work at chickfila and i was homeless for a while after my parents kicked me out because i dropped out of community college, they forced me to take a career path i had no interest or knowledge of. my boyfriend and his family took me in. my job has lowered my pay when i’ve kindly asked for a raise being the hard worker that i am whole seeing so many other employees get raises. i cant find a second job anywhere. i’m trying to save up for a place because my boyfriend leaves for college and i’m “not allowed to leave town” even though my parents evicted me... he’s my only support system and i’m slowly starting to lose it. i’m only 19 years old i want to live out my dreams
